How do you ship your products to ensure they stay fresh?
All Juicy Marbles products are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at your door perfectly chilled and ready to cook.
Are Juicy Marbles products suitable for vegans?
Yes, our entire range is 100% plant-based. We use high-quality soy protein and natural ingredients to recreate the texture and flavor of premium meats without any animal products.
Can I freeze the meat if I don't plan on eating it right away?
Absolutely. While our products are delivered chilled, you can safely freeze them for up to 6 months. Just be sure to thaw them in the refrigerator before cooking for the best texture.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do your products contain GMOs or gluten?
We strive for transparency; our main ingredients are non-GMO. However, some of our recipes contain wheat gluten to achieve that signature 'marble' texture, so they are not currently gluten-free.
